• Users must not engage in abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or fraudulent behavior while interacting with other users.

• You may not post content that is offensive, explicit, or violates the rights of others, including intellectual property rights

• Going Out reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Creating and Managing Events​

• As a registered user, you have the ability to create, promote, and manage your own events within the app.

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of event details, including time, location, and any other relevant information.

• Events must be conducted in compliance with all applicable laws, including local ordinances and regulations.

• Users are encouraged to meet in safe, public spaces and must respect other users' privacy and personal preferences during event participation.

5. Subscriptions and Premium Features​

• Going Out offers both free and premium subscription plans that provide access to additional features, including but not limited to unlimited messaging, event promotions, profile boosts, and access to exclusive events

• The prices are subject to change, and any changes will be communicated through the app or on the website. Taxes and additional fees may apply based on your location.

• You can subscribe to a plan by going to your account settings, selecting a subscription plan, and completing the payment process via the payment methods we accept.

6. Subscription Terms​

• Subscription payments will be billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you select (monthly, quarterly, or annually).

• Payment for the subscription is processed via a secure third-party payment gateway. You agree to provide accurate and valid payment information during the checkout process.

• Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the term unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. However, if you cancel before the end of your current subscription period, you will not receive a refund, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

• Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day refund window for all subscription purchases. If you are dissatisfied with your subscription, please contact customer support within 7 days for a full refund.

• We are not responsible for the actions or behavior of other users. You participate in events at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for your safety and well-being.

• Restrictions on Use: You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works of any part of the app or its Content without prior written permission from Going Out, except as permitted under applicable copyright law.
